All our products are processed and shipped within 5 business days via EMS (10 – 20 days) or DHL Express (5 – 10 days).
Make sure to indicate a valid phone number in the shipping address so that if you are not at home at the time of delivery, you can make a new appointment in agreement with the courier.
All our products are shipped using safe routes and precautions that mitigate the risks of customs stops.
You will therefore not have to pay customs duties or additional fees.
We recommend that you always use express shipping (DHL Express) for the purchase of shoes and use slow shipping only for slippers or accessories.
We are not responsible for any accidents, lost and stolen if you choose slow shipping.
Conversely, should your fast shipment have any problems we will always be able to re-ship the product completely at our expense.
If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving the product.
The return policy will not apply if you have already worn the product. Therefore, please keep the status of the product exactly the same as the one received.
If you want to return the product please contact us and we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Return the product to the address we have provided to you and then provide us with the tracking number.
Please do not use major shipping companies such as DHL, EMS, or FedEx. Use the regular registered mail service to avoid entry problems.
The cost of return shipping is entirely your responsibility.
You should always bear in mind that returning a product to China is not easy and it may happen that the Chinese customs will not accept your return and will return the product to you.
In this case, it could happen that you will have to ship twice and wait a long time.
So before buying, please carefully choose the product and size, in order to avoid the possibility of having to return it.
In any case, we will not be able to provide you with a refund if we have not first obtained the purchased product back.
We accept returns only if you received wrong products or malfunction movement/features as we stated on the product details.
- You need to provide us with detailed issues with both pictures and videos.
- Return policy will not be applicable if you have weared the product already. Please keep the status of the product exactly same as you received.
- You will only have a chance to return maximum 72 hours after your order arrived.
- Once it’s approved, we will take immediate action to prepare your replacement.
- Return the product to the address that we gave to you, and you should provide us the tracking number. Please do not use major shipping company like DHL, EMS or Fedex. Use regular registered postal service to avoid entrance problems. Cost of return shipment will be covered by us.
- Once your tracking number is valid (trackable online), we will send the replacement as soon as possible.
Refund process will take up to 7 working days from your refund request, as our payment processor regulation.
- We will choose one of some methods as our refund method, and you will be required to provide your account information.
- There is possibility that we will refund you from different ways and different accounts. This is the best way to make refund process faster.
- We can do partial refund as discussion.
Refund will be applicable for the reasons below:
- Replacement for the returned product is not available in factory stock nor our own stock.
- Your ordered product is not available or out of stock, and you don’t want to choose any other products.
- Your package gets seized by customs by our suggested shipping method, we can refund you or send you a new package as discussion. Please note that the shipping cost is not refundable.
